Good morning all.
I have a dental checkup this afternoon, before that I will stay in in front of the fan.

6.4 mile wander done. It was straight uphill on rough terrain for the first mile hence the slow pace......at least that's my excuse. I was starting to break a sweat even at 6.30 but at least it's not as bad as you poor sods down south.
