This was braised beef we had done a few weeks ago. We froze it, defrosted it and heated it up in the outside kitchen we have set up. Nothing done in the kitchen in the house. We are not stupid lol

I still couldn't see myself sitting down to braised beef and veg in this heat, as I said throwing some meat onto the gas barbie is more than enough and it's only in the high teens here never mind over 30°C.

I will say a quick good morning, its far too early but sadly I was awake.
Had my coffee and a kitkat and will be heading off for a walk in 40 minutes.

Good morning all. A cloudy start to the day here.
Sainsburys are delivering the weekly between 9 and 10 of the am clock.
After a walk with the dog I'll be out on the bike for a while, with s pit stop at the Mitre on the way home.

Many years since I've had corn flakes. I used to prefer bran flakes but not had them for ages, I must rectify that.

To say i am pleased is an understatement.
I have just got back from a 2 6 mile walk.
Not in the realms of mighty Mo but to think it was a week ago they took me to hospital in a wheelchair cos I couldn't walk at all.
Hats off to those doctors and nurses. Those sugar and vitamin drips have worked wonders
