Done walking, the starter in the strip light went, I had a spare, but I went out to buy two more
I went the long way round 4 miles with hat and a drink and needed both as it's 33c here.
I don't think I'll be doing anything else today.

Another little wander done. It’s warmer now and a bit humid.

I have discovered I can subscribe to TNT via Amazon Prime slightly cheaper than Sky plus much easier to cancel again rather than jump through hoops with Sky.

£30.99 per month if you want the rolling contract, but £25.99 if you commit for the year, but I mainly want it for the Tour de France, Commonwealth Games and the Vuelta. I will probably just cancel again after that.

If you have an EE sim or BT internet, you can get it for around £20 a month I think O2 also do a good deal if you have a sim contract with them.

Big news today is that I get my ears syringed at 10.00
Then to the pub for lunch, I feel a lime and lemonade coming on.
Ive just had this visitor......

He is a big boy (or girl?).
Its a common Giant House Spider.
I have nothing against spiders but not in my sink.
I have put him outside to play.

I did the same many years ago, its a good day out.

Another hot day in prospect here with no sign of rain. My water butts are almost empty, and we now have a hosepipe ban.
I'll be out and about on the bike again, it's market day so I'll get a few miles in .
