It's market day here, so I'll pootle up there later this morning, we need some apples and pears and whatever else takes my fancy.

On the subject of taking produce into Australia, of which there are many restrictions, the same can be said for taking foodstuffs between the various States. Many things are banned from crossing from one to another.

When i went to bed todays forecast was sunny and dry......sonetime overnight that's changed to showers all day .
Got to strip the bedding and get that washed.
Hairdresser at 11.00.
Pub lunch at 12.00.
Cleaner here this morning. Its normally Thursday but I'm at the hospital tomorrow.
I'm tired after reading that.

Good morning, it's dark and lashing down in Dorset. Mrs Tkk has the dentist at lunchtime, hopefully the weather will have improved 🤞
Nothing planned today, perhaps a trawl of the local Gumtree for a keyboard, our granddaughter is coming down for half term, she is learning piano so it would come in handy 🤔
Just remembered, had an email from our broadband provider, it's time to do the renewal dance, they previously had a 24 month contract with no in contract price increases, the headline in the email offered the same existing price, the small print mentioned 2 price increases during the contract, shyters!*

Rainy day in prospect, so I'll be in my workshop making some clutch tools as I've had a run on them this week.

Going visiting this afternoon. The van hasn't moved in 3 weeks so a chance to get some heat through the block and on the way home I'll tank up in readiness before me and Bruce going away next week.

Mrs D is cock-a-hoop as a new M&S food hall opens near us tomorrow. She's a terrible snob, won't shop anywhere south of Waitrose. She wouldnt cross the threshold at Sainsbury's without a scarf and dark glasses. She had an attack of the vapours when I get excited at the sight of a greasy burger van selling hot dogs made from stray dogs.
