It's correct on some items though not all. From what I see on everyday goods it's to offer a price match to Aldi/Lidl for Clubcard customers but on more expensive items the discounts are worth watching for..................................I've noticed Tanqueray gin is often significantly reduced..................not that this is of much interest to this household
@Dave7 a good friend of mine, once an excellent TTer which was the main focus of his cycling, has started to ride a trike. He had an operation which impacted one ear meaning his balance is no longer good enough to ride a bike. He loves it. I looked into a variety of three-wheeled ebikes for my son as he loves to cycle but again has poor balance. You will find a huge range of three-wheeler ebikes available to choose from. These are not cheap but it might be worth considering the joy it would bring and you can't take it with you.

Good afternoon all.
A nice long dog walk was had whilst the sun was out. It's turned a bit cloudy now.
I've also planted a few Tulip bulbs I found shooting in the shed. They may flower, or maybe not.
Uncle Ernie has come up trumps again. £100 for me, £50 for MrsP, £125 for MissP, and £75 for MasterP. So not so shabby.
I've also pumped the tyres up on my Condor Italia, so I will go out for a bimble on it shortly.
Another busy day in paradise.

I've got turkey again 
Our new specs.....the saga has come to its end.
Dec 1st we ordered our new specs. After repeated calls they were delivered today (except they weren't).
Mine are still not ready apparently.
MrsD is really happy with hers. We have paid for hers and got the money back for mine.

I'm doing marinated chicken thighs, which have been marinating since last night in buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, sage, salt and pepper, coated in a crispy coated flour mixture, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, thyme and garlic salt
Once coated, they are cooked in the oven until the thighs are cooked and the coating is crispy. It's a little like KFC, but without the deep frying.
Served with potato salad and coleslaw.
