I've had a banana sandwich, we've got a small piece of lamb for later, my Stepdaughter is here and has brought an apple pie with her so we're thinking of apple pie and custard for afters.

Afternoon all. Hope everyone had a good day so far . Mrs exlaser is feeling under the weather so didn’t want to go sailing so I went on my own . Which proves yet again that I shouldn’t be let out on my own as I managed to fall out out of my boat while it was tied up to the pontoon before the start of the race 😂.
Luckily the race was fun ( I finished 5th out of 12. ) even though I sailed poorly and mrs exlaser is feeling a little better too , so the day has ended better than it started 😀😀.

My favourite dish. I always use extra mature cheddar mixed with a strong Red Leicester for a bit of colour. A spoonful of Marmite mixed in with the cheeses sauce and a handful of tortilla chips crushed finely with a rolling pin for the topping. 😎
