Early Retirement Planning
Happy birthday Mo. Must say, you don't look a day older. 🎂
Why do you lot get up so early ?
Nice and sunny here so far so might go for a ride later. I moved the bikes back in the shed from the cellar yesterday as winter is officially finished now and spring is at last arrived.
Mrs G has found another house but it is on band E for council tax , We are on D at the moment and I don't wish to go up one band with extra money for no extra return.
I know where you are coming from. We're currently a band C in a relatively affordable area, most of the one's we've looked at are up to a D and in a more expensive council area. Rough change from £184 a month up to £223.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Happy birthday @welsh dragon and , same as Mo, you still don't look a day older. Don't eat too much cake, save some for later. :okay:

Thank you.

I'm in band 3, rural Northants, 191 a month. I can remember the 'rates' on my first house was something like £120 a year.
