Friends lawn mower finished. Thankfully it's Mountfield and not Briggs and Stratton rubbish. Just grilled some 🥓 and now topping up my blood porcine levels.

Little wander before lunch. I went along a path that backs onto Morrison’s Academy playing fields and stopped and watched the rugby for ten minutes. Lots of noise and a great atmosphere with a total of 6 teams plus parents, teachers, etc all cheering. I saw a couple of tries being scored and a conversion but it was a bit chilly to hang around any longer. I often wonder when watching them if any of the lads will go on and play professionally as they take it quite seriously.

I think I’ll just chill this afternoon either reading or find something to watch on telly.

Good afternoon all.
I've been up to the local market, and come back with some lovely Scotch eggs from a stall only selling Scotch eggs.
Really lovely with runny yolks in the egg and excellent sausage meat and crumb coating. He had 6 different types of Scotch eggs, so I will try a selection next time.
