I was likely crossing a bridge on my bicycle in Buckinghamshire about the time your train was passing under.
I'm pushing the boat out here.
The leftover lamb from yesterday, a jar of Jalfrazi curry sauce and a packet of microwave rice.
All done in a few minutes with the minimum of fuss.

What a very beautiful day. Rode out to Lytham in glorious sunshine until we got to Lytham and it clouded over. No matter, the riding was so good nothing would dampen our spirits. 68 miles at 15.5 avg is very pleasing. We had 16.5 to the 60 mark and then backed off to amble home as the group split to go their separate ways.
