Good morning. Unbelievable!!! The rain has been bouncing of the roof and windows all night. The wind sounds like it's going to take the roof off or bring down trees. It's friggin' April. I want to ride my bike.

Not sure what I'll find to do instead.

Well, Storm Noa has abated and it's very calm out there.
Sitting up in bed, our windows look due East and we have wonderful sunrises over St Audries Bay a couple of miles away. Today looks like it's going to be very nice; might clean my caravan.

I had a very slow and difficult 5k run. That's got to be the worst I have ever felt on a run. Talk about feeling like you're wearing lead boots!

Good morning from a sunny Barnet.
Our son is calling in this morning, one to pick up his running shoes that he left here on Sunday. He's going on a 10k run then. He is tapering his training down now for the London marathon on the 23rd.
Then we are going to the burrito shack for lunch before he goes to work.
Before all that will be the usual dog walking and domestics.
