... get the bike ready for its first ride this year on Friday or Saturday as my hip is feeling much better.
Getting the bike ready = pumping the tyres up and a squirt of lube on the chain. Big job!

Air fryers are quite good. They cook food quicker, with little to no fat and are easy to clean. And they are far more economical to run than a big oven.
