Bit dull today by the looks of it.
Off to Minehead this morning to raid Tesco.
We've ordered a new table and chairs for the kitchen from IKEA and MrsD's ordered a new office table for herself. Should be here next week.

Morning. I just let Drago think he is first but I looked in around 5.30 but nobody was about strangely 
Another 5k run done this morning. It's a bit overcast this morning and was just starting to spit with rain as I was coming home. Couple of days off the running then hopefully be ready for a longer one on Sunday morning when it's nice and peaceful.

Teachers are on strike today so Mini D is home with me. They've given her some work to do but I'm not going to make her do it - if they can't be bothered to teach then I certainly can't be bothered to do their job for them. She's 11 so it's not like it's a critical point in her schooling.
All the strikes so far have been on a Thursday, but strangely enough next weeks is on a Tuesday tacked on to the end of a Bank Holiday weekend. Now there's a thing! Mrs D still, at work though, all the stuff she deals with is still trundling on. (Not interested in the politics of it, couldn't care less, just describing how it is affecting the Drago household today.)
So Mini D home with me, which means I'll have to make a proper lunch 😋

It always amazes me when teachers say kids shouldn't miss even 1 day of school as it can impact on them, but it's perfectly OK for them to go on strike whenever. Pot. Kettle. Black as they say.

Morning all . Weather in Coventry is ok at the moment but it’s forecast showers for mid afternoon and heavy rain by late afternoon. Another day with nothing interesting going on. I think a quick trip to the supermarket and cleaning the kitchen and oven are the high points of my day 😀. Think I will leave the high spot of the week , cleaning the bathroom until tomorrow 😂.
Am going to try and turn over a new leaf next week, call it a late New Years resolution. It’s called ride my bike once a week .😂
Am busy Monday and Tuesday but free the rest of the week so I have no excuse other than the weather.
So I do have a favour to ask you all , if I havnt mentioned going cycling by a week Friday . Feel free to pick on me and ask my why I havnt . Make me justify not riding .😂😂.
