Yoga class done and I've been stretched every which way, they call it a yoga class but its more like an exercise class, but its good as I get muscles stretched that don't normally. Strange moment this morning, I got up about seven and went straight out to put the washing out, when I came back in the kitchen clock said twenty to six, for a moment I thought "WHAT!" Then I realised, the clock had stopped.

My weather ap lied to me. Its isn't very nice here. Breezy, dullard overcast and quite cool. This is not the weather I ordered.

I've walked the dog and been out on the bike. It's quite cool today but the sun is trying to break through.
I went to the local market to get a piece of smoked haddock, but the fishmonger wasn't there today. I'll try again Saturday.

Well they've had problems getting up your drive to deliver stuff.
Check nearer the road, they may have dropped your weather there.

Another hour’s wander before lunch which is just the usual sandwich and cuppa. Bin lorry has just been so I’ll bring it in while my tea is cooling.

I used go drinking with three other chaps, on a Friday night. Always, to the same pub. In quick succession, two of them died, myself, and the remaining survivor changed pubs, just to be on the safe side 🙂
