Morning. Overcast with a slight drizzle here at the moment.

Walked 3 miles out a little quiet back road then turned and jogged back. Hard going carrying too much extra lard so must get a grip on the diet and cut out all the extras between meals. Doesn't matter how much exercise you do if you don't watch the food intake.

Very overcast here with the threat of rain later.
BBQ went very well last night, very enjoyable.
MrsD's not feeling too good today, her cold and sore throat seem to be lingering, so we are cancelling our visit to the Dunster show. We will, however, nip over to Minehead later for an evening with our mates.

Good morning folks, much like @Dave7 I'm feeling lethargic after a busy few days. Of course Mrs Tenkaykev is nagging me for doing too much 😮
Daughter and granddaughter will be catching the overnight train from Donostia to Lille this evening, then Eurostar to London and back to Poole.
We've really missed them ❤️

All I need now is the energy to remake the bed with clean stuff.
