Morning the sun is out, not too sure what I'll be doing today

Phew. The rain hasn’t cleared the air. More humid than ever

A slow 4.3 mile stroll done and just sat down with my porridge and stuck the telly on for the athletics.

Bugger. It’s pouring of rain in Budapest so it’s delayed. I’m not sitting listening to the pundits yapping for an hour.

Back from Aldi and everything has been put away. So that makes me a good boy 😀.
I was hungry but couldn't breakfast so I am filling a hole with thin crackers and hot salsa dip.....which is burning my mouth.

I’m quite fond of spicy food too. Love that burning feeling you get in your mouth and tongue. I nipped into the Co-op on the way back from my walk and picked up another 3 cartons of the apple and ginger juice. Love it.

This one. The Co-op has it for £2 at the moment which is actually cheaper than some places. Might grab more tomorrow and stock up.

Anyway.....I had a brilliant idea.
The tv ads are really promoting various brands of "stuff" to solve erectile dysfunction. So.......I sent for 3 different ones and (in my wisdom) I will try them all at the same time!!!
All I need is a willing volunteer to help me out.
So.....Mo, are you free Wednesday, Thursday and possibly all weekend ?
Mo, this is your chance to aid my research programme 🙂

Facebook memories from 11 years ago and I was raising money for the Myton Hospice, I rode the 60 mile ride and rode to and from the event in Warwick giving me 90 miles ridden for the day, the event was well supported and we had a good day.

At the moment I'm not fit enough, but if I was I would, its an annual event which I believe is still going.
