Done walking, first part was in the rain, but then it stopped and the sun came out
I did that today with the yeast. I also added a tad more water.
I am pleased with the result.

She can sleep safely at night then. Safe in the knowledge that Ben won't be trying to get a "drink from her" whilst asleep.
Yeah I get failures when I don't add the yeastor if the flour is getting old you only get the latter if you buy the flour in large amounts.
adding less water will/may give you a dry loaf.
My most impressive failure was forgetting to add the water - really, I wondered what the different smell was coming from the Panasonic 😮
