On the train to Dorchester the fields on either side of the tracks were the most flooded I have ever seen them. The herds of deer were concentrated on the slightly dryer patches of land.

Good morning folks.
After a day of sunshine in Dorchester it's now chucking it down again. A couple of local running events have been cancelled as the off road sections are impassable. Only another few years and our mid terrace will become a desirable sea front residence 😁
I had something planned for today but can't for the life of me remember what it was 🤔

Morning all :hello:

Had a very entertaining evening in Pebbles Cider Tavern. Live music, good cider and the place was buzzing. Bumped into two couples that we'd met before and spent the evening with them. The Watchet Christmas Extravaganza was quite uplifting - there's a real community spirit about this place.

Forgot to say.......
A very emotional moment yesterday.
Went for my midweek drink with my neighbour and met a woman who was an old friend and distant relative of Sue's.....not seen her for years.
She asked "how is Sue"!!!
When I had to tell her Sue had passed away there were many tears and hugs........all in the middle of the pub.
Quite painful really.
