Hello - I seem to have missed this thread for a few days - no idea why!

anyway - actually managed to get out on th ebike yesterday - first time for ages
Strava says I have done less than a thousand miles this year - and 9000 in total since I got it 3-4 years ago

so well down

anyway - my excuse if that my wife's back has gone - dunno where it went - I offered to search the garden but it was met by a "look" and some rolling of eyes

anyway - seems like it involves a lot of running around by me - which is OK - it might be her turn at some point!

Bought this tyre inflator to replace the corded one that plugged Ito the accessory socket.Less hassle plus the fact it kept blowing the fuse which is only10 amp Apparently it should be 20amp for

Tried it out a lot quicker.

I am still here.....sleep never happened. Daughter and granddaughter coming about 1100 to put decorations on the tree so I might have a kip in the chair while they do battle with said tree.

Seems to be a good bit of kit.
Schrader valve only, I think, but I suppose you could always change the adapter.

I had the gentlest of plods on the treadmill and kept the heart rate really low.

All these bike riders kept kicking up the dust though. I was nearly choking!

Don’t think it will fit presta valves .I use my track pump for the bike.Any way I have to get my upper arm exercises occasionally 😀😀😀
