Morning all

Greenhouse stuff to do this morning. Planting bean, carrot & tomato seeds ready for the coming season. My chilli seedlings are coming on nicely. Garlic and onions doing well in the garden.
Off out to the White Horse at lunchtime.

My grandson was helping his Dad fit some fence panels yesterday and got his hand trapped. We wrapped it in ice etc but this morning he messaged me from the hospital.
He is far from being a whimp, quite tough really so I guess something is broken.

Hopefully just bruising and nowt broken.

It's a nice sunny day here for us.

Still a bit dismal and gloomy here but dry. I hopped on the Wattbike for a few miles. That's 600 miles since I got it on 4th December. Amazing how it mounts up. Better try and get a little wander after lunch I think.

Did a slow 5k with Mrs Tkk thi morning. Stopped at the pond to admire a Cormorant perched on the " Deep Water " warning sign and as we were watching a Grebe paddled up to greet us. Sun is shining and I feel I should be out in the garden doing something, but I'll pace myself and rest for a while longer.

Did it not bother you that "she" used her 1st name. Are you sure is wasn't Mr Daisy ?

I did lose sleep over it.
I normally go for a mid morning kip but that failed today.

Use of the first name from a call centre is normal. It's considered to make the call that bit more personal, and get the person on the other end of the call to relax/feel at ease with the person they are talking to, over the phone.

He is, strangely, truly ambydextrous. He can write or Even play golf just as well left or right handed.
