Good morning all
It's misty out there at the moment.
I'll be waiting in this morning for the gasman/woman to do our annual boiler service. They are coming between 8 am and 1 pm.

Seemed very light at 0630 but still cold.
Little to do BUT I confess that I failed to do my dark wash yesterday so will chuck that in this morning.

Slept until 7:00😮 and woke to a bright blue sky and a big yellow orb in the sky. The sparrows are flying from the top of the hedge to their nest in the eaves above our bedroom window. Panels are generating and the house battery is full so all those spare electrons are headed to the grid to contribute to the tea making activities🫖

Riverside trail done, breakfast of boiled eggs on toast for a change and now sat down with a big mug of decaf with oat milk. I've got so used to oat milk now I can't see me going back to dairy.

Hello all
currently waiting for a phone call from the doctor about why my iron levels are STILL low after over a year on iron tablets

The online system says it will be 10:30 - but I think they just fit them in when they can so all I know is that it be the morning

hopefully not too late as we have to pick the youngest grandkid up at 1:00 from "the other grandmother"
and last time we were late so was fussing about having to get a bus to go somewhere
although I reckon she would have got the next one happily and only fussed to make a point about us being 5 minutes late.
This time we will probably be OK as it is me making us late and I am a man
she is a bit old fashioned like that at times!!!
