Interesting point.
I think a lot of people enjoy having jobs/challenges to do. I have never been one of those people and now, in my position, any serious jobs that need doing I pay someone to do it.

I have reached the same conclusion, possibly for different reasons. I've decided time is now more important than money to me.

For example the house needs decorating. I would probably finish it over a three week period. I'm getting decorators in and I'll ride my bike.

Had my check up.
Bloods, blood pressure, cholesterol, weight all OK. Nurse said I was amazing for 70.
I ain't arguing.

Oh he has enough to do round here. He doesn't have time to sub elsewhere.

There's something not right, I'm so painfully fatigued all the bloody time.

On a happy note, the French have taken time out from striking and rioting long enough to have finished the rebuild of Notre Dame cathedral already, which is impressive to be fair. Over here it would have taken 20 years and come in three times over budget.

Evening folks ive had a bit of a spending spree...for me anyhow. Bought myself a de-humidifier [what excitement] and a new Roberts radio so's i can listen to gardeners question time and other adrenaline pumping stuff Still putting in the miles and hillls, had to let the local postie past 3 times today...she stops and delivers, i ride past and repeat.

Never heard of any of them.

I am not much of a music listener, probably as I don’t like noise. I can only listen for short periods before I’ve had enough and want peace and quiet.


Bit cooler here this morning. The last of the really mild nights seems to be over and it’s going to be a more seasonal three to five degrees for the next while.
