Yesterday afternoon I made a large pot of Carrot and Coriander soup, and made some Traditional Irish Scones. So today's lunch was a bowl of soup and a scone with clotted cream and Strawberry jam ( cream on first ). It was so good it got the thumbs up from Mrs GM
