I hope so. I think it might let me run more often too without taking much out of myself. It's a bit embarrassing going so slow but from what I've been reading, everyone feels the same.
Over the years I’ve tried various strategies and found the heart rate based training to be really effective. Fewer injuries and more time on your feet to build endurance. I once ran L2B just using my Polar heart rate monitor, slowing down and speeding up to keep my heart rate in within a particular range. I felt quite fresh at the end, and my body recovered far more quickly than usual. What’s great about having a Garmin is being able to see and analyse so much data as you progress 👍🏃♀️
