Salut. Because our house is lower than the road, we have a sloppy drive which worries my wife in winter. For that reason, we have decided to sell the house and buy another one on the level.
First thing is to have it valued so we know how much we can spend and hopefully have some money left over as we intend to downsize too.

I really don’t like the way these have been
I generally use my phone to post on here. The onscreen keyboard has a button immediately left of the space bar for smileys. Works very well.

Good morning. I haven't looked out yet. House temperature, CH is off, suggests it's around 6/7⁰ outside.
Small person day but her Dad is dropping her here for a change. He has to be over this way for 9.00. I'll try to get housework done when she's out with Mrs P, asleep etc. Hoovering, bed change, white wash at top of agenda.
She's due at 8.00 so I'd best get things ready.

I misread that so I checked my phone’s keyboard settings.
Mine has a button for similies which makes me “cheerful happy cheery smiling sunny merry joyful buoyant upbeat gay blithe peppy chirpy chipper sparkling exuberant blithesome gladsome jaunty bubbly bright elated jolly ebullient breezy jovial” 😉

Good morning people, back to cold and frosty again, coming back from the club last night we could feel the temperature dropping as I pushed my Good Lady up the hill from the bus stop, blank night for us at the bingo but my Brother In Law won three times.
Morning all 
A bit nippy out there!
The smiley thing is very irritating - I can now only access my 'recently used' ones. All the others are not appearing.
I'm also getting an odd thing where a typed sentence jumps down the page when I use certain punctuation marks.
Very annoying!

Cooooeeeee. 1 deg here. All snow has now just about gone now just a bit on the drive and that should be gone later.
I am much happier now that I have changed from drinking coffee to having orange juice with my breakfast. My Dr says it's because of the vitamin C. Personally I think it's because of the vodka.

Morning all.
We were very naughty last night and stayed up late (for us) watching some progs I had recorded. Woke up finally at 0830.
Strange thing......does this ever happen to others........ ...woke at 0300 needing a pee. Enjoyed it. Back to bed and a few minutes later needed another pee. Again a full pee was enjoyed, weird.
