Back from a pleasant 7.9 mile loop. I needed the head torch for the first half as I went out early. It was around 5 degrees and the wind is gradually building up.

If the rain makes an appearance this afternoon I will probably just read, then this evening’s telly is good.

Still in bed surfing and reading on my Kindle.

Early night last night as Mrs SD felt off colour. We were in bed before midnight which is very unusual for us any night let alone a Saturday night.

Getting up soon and a full-on dossing day planned.

I’ve been up a while. Though it was Monday at first! Mrs Tenkaykev and I have entered a race together, it’s the Bluebell trail run held at Dalkeith 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 We watched the race a few years ago when our daughter was running it, it looked like a great event.
Nothing planned for today, second coffee being drunk.

Just renewed my car insurance for another 12 months. Its only gone up by £14 so I can't be arsed to shop around.

Service and MOT on Tuesday, so we will do the monthly shop tomorrow just in case.

Ah, yes the same in Lancashire.

Afternoon! Dreich. Nice when we set off on our bikes. Sky seemed to be clearing then after an hour dreich. Rule #9 applies.

Spent the last two hours warming up again as at the end of the ride stopped to chat with a friend for 20 minutes. BIG mistake for both of us.

Tonight is a cinema trip with friends to see "A Bunch of Amateurs."
