Morning. Went to bed later so a long lie for me.

It’s a bit overcast but dry and reasonably mild so better try and get out soon. Tomorrow is gale force winds!

I have bought myself a new razor.......it should be delivered today.
Its a Braun.
For many years I have stuck with philips but theyt have, imo, gone right down the pan.
We shall see.

It's just over a year since I switched from disposable razors to a traditional twin blade. I started with the basic Wilkinson Sword razor body ( the one where you twist the barrel to open the " wings) and the Wilkinson Sword blades which come in a 5 pack. I thought I'd buy something a bit more " sophisticated " if I got on with it, but it has been excellent so I'll stick with it.
Had an electric razor many years ago but couldn't get on with it. Although it had " triple floating heads " it always irritated my neck.

Love Braun electric shavers. Tried Phillips a few years ago but as @Tenkaykev mentioned, they ripped mu neck to shreds, worse than anything I used to get with a wet shave (could never get on with it, very sensitive skin). I tip I've found, if you feel the shaver is dragging a little, put a little bit of talc on your face before shaving, it makes the shaver glide over your skin, Johnson's baby is the best (other brands are available!).
