I enjoy toast with marmite but not too much so that its overpowering.

Got up at 0430 and ready to go back soon😊

We tried one of those frozen ready meals yesterday......it was very enjoyable. Steak in gravy, mash and veg. Just enough for us the way we are at the moment

I know that's tongue in cheek Welshie, and Vegan ice cream used to be more Sorbet like In consistency, but Tesco stock a " Swedish Glacé " which tastes great and is virtually indistinguishable from ice cream. It's a little under three quid for a tub, and the octagonal container is great for storage.

Morning all.
Todays task is to try to get historical bank statements from Nat West for my late Fathers account. Going back to 2016/17.
I was registered on the account through a LPA.
After 8 years of trying, we have finally got the local health board to pay for some of the medical care when he was in a care home.

Presumably with Marmite on the bread as well.

Of course! The crisps are targeted at the " Marmite Curious " and meant to be more of a gateway drug to the full Marmite experience. 😁

They're tempting, but when comparing the price with marmite free cheese topped rolls there's often a hefty premium. The Marmite peanut butter being a case in question. It's peanut butter with 10% marmite, the price per jar is far higher pro rata than mixing it yourself.

Today is Blue Bin day and they have already been emptied. Hats off to the local council, the bin lorry was followed ten minutes later by the council street sweeper van clearing up any spillage 👍😎
