Not a vaccine - but just been for a blood test thingy after the blood donation people rejected me
They were 'running late' which is strange when you are first on the list - so went in over 30 minutes late
Most painful blood sample I have ever had
which was a shock because I have had a few taken in the last couple of years and they were all of the "Oh have you done it" category
This was the ARRRRGGH - S******T category
felt especially bad when I left as there was a 12-14 year old girl just outside the cubicle who looked terrified and her Mum (I assume) was whispering to her and gently stroking her hands as she clenched them in her lap
Hope I didn't her too much trauma!!!

I had 3. They sent me a letter to have a 4th and I said thanks but no thanks. Signed into the NHS ap and opted out of having any more covid jabs.

Obviously different in different places - but the farm shops round here have always had lots of eggs available
Big supermarkets - not so much

I did buy three bags of flour.......well you never know as there is a war on don't you know
