Morning all, it's a clear blue sky out there at the moment, but it's not going to last. Too bright, too early.
I've had to do another Sainsbury's order for delivery today as we seem to of run out of a lot of essential stuff, tea being the most important.
Our daughter is calling in again today, so I am doing Toad in the hole for tea, with vegetables and onion gravy.
All the usual things to do today, and I might be able to get out on the bike before the rain comes.

Good morning folks, another bright sunny and cold morning just like yesterday, I've got washing out already, rains due about dinner time, I'm feeling a bit brighter, still rough but not as rough as I have been, I've spent most of the last two days asleep.

Good day people. It's bright, cold 3⁰ and windy with heavy rain forecast by 11.00. My buddy tried to prise me out for a ride claiming we would have a tailwind on the way home.................yeah, forecast is gusting 30-35mph. No thanks and good luck!!

I'll do the housework. If the rain doesn't arrive it will be a good drying day. Other exciting small chores include fixing the trigger on the strimmer........I know you're excited, I'll post regular updates on this one. Ironing next I think.

Morning all. It’s a lovely start to the day here in Coventry but I know it’s not going to last . Am going to get some jobs done this morning before the rain comes. Then hunker down for the rest of the day . I will have to venture out in the afternoon for a hair cut though , this is because I forgot the appointment I had last week 😂. I got busy doing something and forgot all about it , must be getting forgetful in my old age. On the other hand mrs exlaser is younger than me and went a week early to her last hair appointment and that was after checking her appointment card on the day she went.

4.3 mile walk round the riverside trail once the rain went off. It's bloody baltic out there. Feels more like winter rather than spring. Fresh snow just a few hundred feet up on the hills.

Well Mo, I can trump your 4.3 mile walk. I have just shopped at Aldi🙂.
Bear in mind this is a fairly big store.
Strange thing.MrsD wants some canned pears. It clearly shows them on the web site.
They have peaches, orange segments, pineapples and fruit salad.....but for some reason not pears. There must be some logic in that.
