I'm expecting a visit from Simon and Henry for a rummage in my shed for an episode of Find It Fix It Flog It any day now.
To be honest Dave after 3.5 years away I even had to work out which way the rigs went on and casting was very strange, but it all came right in the end, so well pleased in what a caught.
It's empty!
I used to love beach fishing at night.
A fish I never caught but really wanted to was Bass.
8lb was my largest, had a 30lb conger from the beach too, that took some getting in
BBQ pork today

Fence man arrived earlier and buttressed two fence posts. All solid now.

I cut a big bush right back and took two dumpy bags of trimmings to the tip. I then removed two barrow loads of Canadian pondweed from my pond and dumped it on my compost heap.
Whilst milling around the compost heap, I spotted this little (big) fella.

At well over a foot long, it's the biggest Slow Worm I've ever seen.
I love slow worms. They all disappeared here after the neighbours 5 cats had finished. Rarely see slow worms here anymore
Man shed tidied.

It's 18 x 15 feet, but starting to feel rather cramped!
I feel VERY inadequateOn the subject of tidying storage spaces:
I did the garage-cum-shed a couple of weeks back.
Integral garage under the house - ok for a small 70's car but now great as a third millenium shed.

I've never seen a slow worm.
I'm just a poor boy and don't have much stuff to store.![]()
