I have risen!

Going to visit Daughter #1 and grandsons today.

Off to Minehead first thing to have my eyes tested.
Probably have breakfast at 'spoons then a bit of shopping afterwards.
Looks like another sunny day.

A decent though broken sleep. Not sure what the day will bring until I get a report from the hospital.
Breakfast will be banana and strawberrys.......later I will have chicken** and salad.
**I did the roast in a bag. A real success. Tasty,succulent and importantly for me no mess.

Coooeew. 6 deg here. A tad cool but it's going to be another nice day.

I am going to make a loaf of bread today. Sandwiches for us.

With your idea of moving to the western isles, as beautiful as they are, how does miniD feel about it as they can be a bit remote.

Mini D will be fine. She's autistic and Daddies girl and is excited by the prospect.

Daughter #3 looks set on going to Oz.

Daughter #2 doesn't talk to me, and I'm not even sure where she and my two grandkids with her may be living.

Daughter #1 I will see less of, and the grandkids, and that's the real downside. However, visits both ways will be regular and it would surprise me not if #1 eventually followed wherever I went. She's 35 and made her cash, having opened a number of hair salons, and is looking to cash jn her chips before she's 40 so she'll then have freedom of movement.

I wish those blooming birds would keep the noise down. Earlier on it were owls, now the dawn chorus with it getting light outside.

We don't hear them here, it would be nice to wake up to the dawn chorus.
