Its breezy here and we have had rain on and off. I've been pottering

Ironing done. Migraine just about gorn.

Only covered 21 kms this morning but the legs feel good. I noticed my Trek and Specialized Roubaix need cleaning but not today. Now sitting in front on TV with a cup of coffee, waiting for Tour to start in a couple of minutes, just in time for HC col de Soudet. Let battle commence.

Spent 3 hours hacking down a tall hedge this morning - tiring!

Had a phone call from one of my old colleagues telling me that another colleague is receiving end of life care for cancer. She is only in her forties. Very sad.

Hi folks thought i'd drop by as still alive/ kicking and pushing the pedals. Have steadily progressed and now have visible leg muscles developing...nothing that would make Arnie swoon mind! Anyhoo the good old Dawes is still going strong- will have to update my review. Hope alls well!

Good to hear from you. It’s always worrying when people suddenly disappear. Glad the bike is still going well and hope you’re still enjoying the new house too.

Not sure why I bother going to bed some nights. The brain just wouldn’t switch off so I’m back up and dressed. I’ll no doubt head out for an early walk soon.
