Lot of people up and about early this morning ! grass needs cutting but lots of rain fell on it yesterday. It feels like a late September/October day and August hasn't even arrived yet

Off out early to the BMW dealer for Mrs D's Mini Electric to have its 6 month safety check. We may well avail ourselves of the establishment next door to buy ourselves breakfast.

This afertonoon helping Mini D #3 to move some stuff to her new house.

Cooooeeee. It warmed up quote a lot last night. Still very damp here and more rain is forecast for us today.

Good morning all. It got light earlier on, now it's getting dark again. Thunder and lightning with heavy rain is forecast for the next couple of hours
No gardening today then.
It'll be a wet dog walk this morning, literally.
We should do the washing from our long weekend away, but it won't dry today so it can wait until tomorrow. There are plenty of other domestics to do today as it's not going to be bike riding weather.

Salut tout le monde. Pleased to say that summer is back......at least for today. Wall to wall sunshine so far after rain all night and most of the day yesterday.

Started out lovely and sunny but now gloomy (again!).

I have a new heavy-duty strimmer awaiting its first run-out. Looking like rain though.

Nothing planned for the day but that's nothing unusual here. Does the regular absence of planning form a plan in, and of, itself, I wonder?

I'm doing the comparison site dance this morning, I've got a quote seventy quid under the renewal price, I'll be talking to my insurers later.

I managed to get the dog walked across the fields just before the rain started.

My weather ap has lied to me. It said we can expect a nice sunny day. 18 deg. It isn't. It's gone really dull and looks like we may have rain at some point today. I've got my washing out on the line as well.
