Unfortunately she failed again . 😕 Thanks for asking . 😀
She can drive really well it’s just nerves get the better of her. ( I had the same problem when doing HGV training 15 years ago.)
She is not to downhearted as is already looking at booking her next test . 😀

oh dear!, better luck next time.

Daughter No1 passed first time. On the day she passed, she came back from test, and, I allowed her to take my car to visit her best friend and give her the news (well, boast, I suppose). Daughter No1 parked the car outside of friends house, a neighbour promptly drove into the back of it. Lots of tears that day. ;)

Daughter No2 passed on third attempt, nerves, as you say.

Daughter No3 passed on first attempt. I think, she has done so many speed awareness courses, she is scheduled to actually give the next course ;)

I think I've mentioned this on a previous occasion. Where I was working, the Boss's wife was done for speeding on her way back from attending a speed awareness course 😮

Myself and a colleage once caught an entire parish council speeding. Remarkable in itself, but more so as they'd all done so on a 40mph dual carriageway outside police headquarters while heading back from a community speedwatch training. They couldn't hwve done 400 yards before we caught them.

Suffice to say it was quickly decided their behaviour made them all unsuitable as candidates to run a community speedwatch group.

Two local councillors were done for using vehicles with no current MOT's on their cars. One was deputy council leader, who headed the road safety for the local Cleaner, Greener, Safer initiative.
Care of a quick demonstration of what can be checked online, with regards a cars history. Both received fines when the police sergeant did a PNC check. One was removed, on a recovery vehicle. He never forgot what I'd done.

Search for Tuddenham, crash Scotland.

He was a "council employee" when taken to court. Someone did some checking though.

Morning. I looked in earlier but nobody was about.

Legs were weary this morning so back to a shorter walk.

Today's Strava map vaguely resembles a ghost I think?

Good day. It's a glorious morning here in Lancashire. The last couple of days have been very hectic. So much so that on Monday night knowing how busy I was going to be I packed my clothes ready for today's trip.

We're going to Oban till next Monday to stay with one of my oldest and dearest friends. Really looking forward to this.

Yesterday's wallpaper stripping went well. I'm used to doing this task solo and it takes seemingly forever. At #1 son's place six people have helped at different times; kitchen, dining room, lounge, two bedrooms and best part of the hall stripped back to plaster since last Friday. Remarkable.

Time for Paul's stretching and weights. Then to crack on with the day.
