Another very broken sleep but I think I slept well in between.
Sat down at 0700, put the radio on and they were playing The Kinks "YOU'VE REALLY GOT ME"!!!
What a song to wake up to!

I'll be out on the bike to the local shops and a bimble around and about.

Doesn't time fly?!
It's exactly one year to the day that we viewed this place and put an offer in.
It was a blazing hot day then, unlike today which is a bit overcast.

Sorry to tell all you folks with rain but it's lovely here Dry, bright and thankfully a bit cooler and fresher.

Walked a couple of miles to warm up then ran 4 miles.

I will watch more athletics this evening plus Annika at 9 o clock.

Athletics is on bbc2 all morning (according to my tv magazine.
I enjoyed it last night as my favourite races are 800 mtrs and 3000 steeplechase.
One that amazes me is the high jump....it just doesn't seem possible.

Athletics is on bbc2 all morning (according to my tv magazine.
I enjoyed it last night as my favourite races are 800 mtrs and 3000 steeplechase.
One that amazes me is the high jump....it just doesn't seem possible.

I've got it on iplayer on another tab on the computer so keeping an eye on it. I just love my athletics

I haven’t been entirely idle A few sessions on the turbo and the stretch band thingy.Hope to get out again this coming Friday as the weather looks good

It isn't - I know because I tried it when I was at school

I couldn;t get over a bar at 3 foot

I actually happily went over hurdles that were higher than I managed at high jump - which rather confused our PE teacher!!

After a crappy nights sleep I feel quite good surprisingly, done the chores so the rest of the day is my own.
Not too sure what else I can do as I can't go out as waiting to see if my mechanic will phone to look at my car
as he said "I'II try and fit it in this week".
Oh we have and 33.5c "Oh I do like living in the sunny south"
