Good day to all.
Another very broken sleep but I think I slept well in between.
Sat down at 0700, put the radio on and they were playing The Kinks "YOU'VE REALLY GOT ME"!!!
What a song to wake up to!

Sorry to tell all you folks with rain but it's lovely here :laugh: Dry, bright and thankfully a bit cooler and fresher.

Walked a couple of miles to warm up then ran 4 miles.

I will watch more athletics this evening plus Annika at 9 o clock.

Athletics is on bbc2 all morning (according to my tv magazine.
I enjoyed it last night as my favourite races are 800 mtrs and 3000 steeplechase.
One that amazes me is the high jump....it just doesn't seem possible.

I haven’t been entirely idle A few sessions on the turbo and the stretch band thingy.Hope to get out again this coming Friday as the weather looks good
Perhaps I might get back to my Monday Wednesday Friday routine.🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️

It isn't - I know because I tried it when I was at school

I couldn;t get over a bar at 3 foot

I actually happily went over hurdles that were higher than I managed at high jump - which rather confused our PE teacher!!
