I'm stuck indoors and it is nice outside :sad:
I have to wait in to have a electic safety check done, I bet they don't turn up till late

That'll be me next Monday. One of my meters has stopped working so an engineer has been booked. Ovo seem to be a complete shambles since they took over SSE so I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't turn up. I am already in dispute with them having transferred a credit balance from SSE, they have suddenly misquoted a previous reading and I am now over £3,000 in debt according to them! It can take up to 12 weeks to resolve.

I was switched to Octopus, their customer service has been exemplary. I don't have smart meters and just submit monthly readings then transfer some money into the account ( plus a buffer for the winter months) when they email the bill. I'm going to get them to quote for Solar and battery shortly.

Arrived at Hunstanton yesterday.Spent this morning at Wells Next The Sea Place was absolutely heaving Haven’t been there before An interesting place to visit.* Tall ship in the process of being refurbished

EDIT Just looked at the first picture Possibly not a refurbishment but a tyre change.

I'm with them as well. We were with Bulb, then Octopus took over when they went bust. Great ap as well.

I have been doing a fair bit of research from time to time over several years. I was going to get Octopus to give me an estimate, then we had all the kerfuffle sorting out Mrs TKK's brothers estate so it went on the back burner. I have a very good idea of what we want and was going to see what the options were with Octopus and a couple of other companies.

I'm with Scottish poower, who wre a bit J Arthur Rank over all.

However, their app is superb. Ever month I submit my readings via the app and it instantly does the adjustment tells me what my remaining balance is, and allows me to turn the volume on the direct debit up or down as required. Quite surprisingly for them it's very good indeed.

I hate Scottish power they cocked up the meter readings totally and when I left they still owed me £200. But to be honest I was just so happy to not have them tell me that I owed them a gazillion pounds that I didn't pursue them.
