That'll be me next Monday. One of my meters has stopped working so an engineer has been booked. Ovo seem to be a complete shambles since they took over SSE so I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't turn up. I am already in dispute with them having transferred a credit balance from SSE, they have suddenly misquoted a previous reading and I am now over £3,000 in debt according to them! It can take up to 12 weeks to resolve.

And that's before they estimate your usage while the meter hasn't been working. Get a picture of that meter display, before they touch it.
