I was with bulb, then Octopus took over. Both were quite good i do like the ap, and you can change your monthly payments yourself as well. Excellent company.

Good morning all, the jet lag has kicked in. I've been awake since 0400. It'll be a day or so and then I'll be back to normal.
Sainsbury's are delivering between 0700 and 0800 , so we'll get the refrigerator stocked with some food.
The garden needs some tidying up but I was expecting a lot of dead plants because of the hot weather whilst we were away. But it looks reasonably ok.

Good morning fellow retirees,
Mrs Tkk slept well and will be heading off to Yoga this morning. I've got a doctors appointment about 1:00pm for a " wellness " check up. Still very blowy here, every time the wind picks up I can hear the chimney cowl rattling, it's annoying but a major faff to get sorted.

Wet and windy here. Back end of hurricane something or other.
Had the gutters cleaned out yesterday, so we should cope with heavy rain OK now.
MrsD's got a hairdressers appointment at lunchtime and she's told me to wait in Pebbles cider tavern while she has her hair done. Silly woman never learns! 🤪

Breakfast was a bowl of porridge with a mixture of berries.
The dog has been walked and now iam going out to tidy the garden before the rain comes. The wind is getting up and the clouds are gathering.
I may of peaked too early.

My bread smells nice. Another 35 minutes to go before it's ready. 
The rain has stopped for now, but will start again soon enough. Apparently we had a month's rain in hudt few hours yesterday and there were reports of pots of flooded and closed roads.

Thats disappointing, I've had to use the car to get to yoga this morning
, I combined getting our paper with getting to Yoga, both activities are normally done on foot.
