MrsP has a cough and some symptoms of a cold. She did a test and has caught covid. Quite a few people we were on holiday with went down wit the same symptoms when we were away.
Today is another washing day as the weather looks good, no rain forecast and the sun is shining.
Dog walking shortly, and then I'm going out on the bike for a while.

had a pleasant spin to Golspie and timed it - 24 miles in 2 hours 5 mins its very hilly so average speed aint warp factor 
Definitely going for disc brakes next bike as im finding rim brakes are not up to the terrain especially long descents and rim wear is an issue [need new wheels].
