Got my Spar visit done and paid my tv licence.
Saw something I thought very funny. 2 young girls in school uniform.....maybe 13/14 years old. Legs like "knots in cotton" and skirts rolled up as far as they dared. One of them continuously checking that she wasn't showing too much.
Can't recall last time I saw that (perhaps my daughter 35+ years ago, when she thought me and Sue hadn't noticed).
Come on Mo and Welshie.... be honest here🙂.

Morning. Up early so I can at least get one dry walk done. We have rain due around 9 that’s to be on most of the day.

I am up at stupid 0'clock again.....very annoying.
Legs feel better so, assuming I can stay awake I will try for Lidl at 0800.
I am compiling a shopping list at the moment so that should help.

Company's supposedly coming today to do a site survey on our private road, which we've all agreed to get resurfaced.
My next door neighbour did a wonderful job of getting everyone to agree to having the work done. Hopefully, it will be done later this month at a cost of around 2K per house.
If the weather stays fine I'll get the lawns cut today.

That's good to hear that every house is willing to contribute. There's usually always one who will find a reason why they shouldn't chip in.
