I've just washed the car and polished the bonnet......thats as far as I got as the arthritis in my shoulder is now hurting :sad:
Think I'll invest in a cordless polisher.

Hi folks :okay: The wheel problem is sorted...apparently with todays wheels only half or so of the axel threads rest on the drop outs. I thought the axle was too short but its not so fitted it....ho hum for newbies buying spares online its a confusing esoteric minefield. I'll get into the swing of it when im 85 :laugh:
40mph winds today so not doing much, going to plant some garlic soon so selected about 60 of the fattest cloves from this years crop ready to go in. :okay:

Finally managed to get out on my bike for a decent ride

annoying thing is that I got back and the mileometer said 20 miles
Strava however claims it is 19.93 miles - if I had known I would have pootled around the estate for 5 minutes to get to 20!!


Anyway - good thing is that we had a flu jab yesterday and, after some faffing about, managed to get Covid jabs this afternoon

So that's all sorted!
