My daughter and her husband both have it too. They say it is just like a bad cold.

And then some.

We went to the last demo earlier to stop the Council from banning dogs on the beach. Their meeting is on next Tuesday. Apparently, they have had 7000 letters in favour of letting dogs to carry on going on the beach so I hope people power will be taken into consideration on Tuesday.
It is too late to go for a ride now as I don't like it when the sun is low in the sky at this time on the day, I think it is dangerous then. Tomorrow promises to be good weather too, although cloudy.

As long as those 7,000 people pick up after their dogs!

Barnet,
Good morning all.
A tad cool outside at the moment, plus it's a bit frosty. it's still dark as well.
All the usual stuff to do today, and I'm going to get a haircut.
The first of the bin lorries have just come down the road, the second one won't be far behind.
Our son is calling in later this afternoon, so he will probably want feeding so I'll get out on the bike and go to the local butcher for some chicken and rustle something up for tea.

To coincide with my Covid, Saturdays post bought an NHS letter inviting Mini D, who is badly asthmatic, to get her booster.

So I go online, tap in the details, and the nearest places that cater for 12 year old are in Barton Le Clay, 35 miles away, or the other side of Coventry, 45 miles away. What an effing joke, especially when one considers that 12 year olds can't drive.

Good morning folks. A decent night's sleep, Mrs tkk put one of the blankets that she's crocheted over the duvet and it was snuggly warm. Solar man survey this morning, then Mr Garmin coach says an 80 minute run 🏃
Our next door neighbour passed away yesterday, her daughter came round to tell us she slipped away peacefully. Her other daughter will be moving in to the house with her two children so there's some continuity there.
