Morning all . We going to be out and about a bit today .
Mrs exlasers been looking for a new job recently as the company she has worked for 20 years sold most of their pharmacy’s about 8 months ago and things have slowly gone to hell in a hand basket, and she been so stressed over it all, trying to fill the gaps. She was going to do locum work but out of the blue her old boss has offered her a job working for her old company . Better hourly rate , shorter hours and three days not four ( she has want to cut her hours for ages) .
Resignation went in on Friday and it was great to have the happy mrs exlaser back.
The only thing is, instead of a simple commute from Coventry to Warwick down a duel carriageway. She has to travel to Kineton and Daventry most of the time but on the odd occasion she might have to go to brackley too so we are off out in a bit to suss it out , best routes to the shops , parking for the shops and the closest coffee shop. 😀
The love of bikes and boats is not our only shared interest 😂😀.
It’s probably why we have stayed together for so long . I would like to say with out ever a crossed word , but it would be a lie . 😂😀.

Ps sorry to talk about work on here , I know it’s a touchy subject. But in my defence, it’s not me working 😂😂😀

No thanks! I have been uncomfortable the last few summers even up here. At least in winter you can just keep adding more clothes until you are warm. I prefer spring first, then autumn, then winter and summer least.

I think on balance , I would like a daytime temp of 20 degrees all year round and it can only rain between 1am and 3 am and only on Mondays 😂😂
Some how I don’t think my wish is possible. 😂😂😂

I'm with you. I like the differing seasons. I quite like winter, even if it's not the picture postcard bright sunny days that are not the norm.
I hear the south of France and Italy have favorable temperatures all year.😁
