It's part of the Garmin " smartwatch " ecosystem Dave. Apple does similar with their smartwatch.
It can be remarkably accurate, I've come down with the lurgy on previous occasions and looking back over the data the watch clearly showed there was something adrift a couple of days before I felt the physical symptoms.
The watch constantly monitors both pulse and heart rate variability, sleep quality and how much, plus activity and stress levels.

It was raining when I got up and its still raining now, and depending on which forecast you read its on to between 3 this afternoon or 6 this evening, this afternoons shopping trip has been postponed, I missed my walk down the paper shop this morning, I had to use the car, I picked up my prescription whilst I was out.

Lots of fireworks last night I was flanked on all sides, but the heavy artillery was coming from the south, we have more tonight as the school up the road are having a display.

Walking back from my abortive trip to parkrun I passed a line of parked cars. The rain had been torrential. There was a car sized gap between two vehicles, and on the pavement next to the gap was a pair of wellingtons . They were high quality and quite new by the look of them.
I was momentarily tempted to try them on for size but left them in place for when the driver retraces his steps.

I felt 'ropey' earlier so had a couple of hours in bed.
I always feel groggy if I do that but it must be done 🙂

WoW.....and its Saturday.
I Have sliced ham that must be eaten.
My daughter did some spuds last week that were different......chopped into small cubes, sprinkled with paprika and cayenne pepper then in the air frier...I might copy that plus another fried egg.

Mmmm, I like paprika potatoes. The Co-op do a ready meal with chicken breast in sauce and paprika potato cubes. Doubt I could be bothered with the faff of doing it myself, although I’m sure it would be better.

This was my lunch. Nice and spicy and the ingredients look reasonably healthy. Can you imagine all the stuff you would need to buy to do it yourself……no thanks.
