Bread is now 'on the go'. I prefer brown/wholemeal which is what I have made.
However if making g a chip butty then I prefer white.....am I strange

Yes
But that's OK - have you seen the people on here???

In our house we both prefer wholemeal or seeded as just bread
but SWMBO insists on Warbies white toastie for things like bacon butties and chip butties
It is not worth buying 2 as we would throw half of each out - so we just get the white as that HAS to be available

and - no we cannot keep it in the fridge of freezer
apparently that makes it stale
so I am told
The rate at which it goes stale once out of freezer is quicker than a loaf that hasn't been in the freezer.

Morning all from a very wet Warrington.
Yesterday's visit from daughter and SiL was 'interesting' and enjoyable.
I have probably said before that since we 1st met him some 30+ years ago we came to love him like a son and it has always been reciprocated.
Turns out that although they are both veggies they will now eat fish.......so....I took some Salmon out of the freezer** and made us a salmon stir fry with chow main sauce, it was superb.
**I love the air fryer. Out of the freezer, into the air fryer and 11 minutes later, superb salmon fillets.....yum yum.

Morning all from a cloudy Barnet.
Today is the last day of walking my friends dog as well as my own. It's not very pleasurable as his dog is a chaser so he stays on the lead when I walk him as I can't trust him.
I will be out on the bike later for some essentials from the local shops.
