Good morning all.
It was raining heavily during the night, but now seems to of passed.
I've got a quacks appointment first thing. After having steroid injections in my knees a few months back that didn't have any effect, I really need to get into the system for an orthopedic referral about the arthritis. It might be a while, but I need to be in the system.
I have a meeting of the escape committee this afternoon, again, only two of us are participating today.😪

Good morning folks, a sunny day is forecast ☀️Mrs Tkk has a walk leaders group meeting this morning, it's being held in Upton House where part of the council are based. There will be tea and cake provided so I might tag along and have a leisurely stroll around the grounds, as last time I did this I got called in at the end of the meeting to help finish off the surplus cake 😁

Bedroom fitters still here and the flat is "upside down" so no point in the cleaner coming.
I was also supposed to visit the new kitchen fitters at 10.30 so that is out. Bedroom fitters seem nice but I don't know them well enough to leave them on their own.
