Good morning all. A bit breezy out there the moment.
Uncle Ernie has come up trumps again. £250 in total 2x25, 2x50 and a 1x100.😁
I have the usual escape committee meeting this afternoon at the Railway Bell. I'm hoping for a better turnout today, but one of our merry band is back in Australia until May.

Just been to the local Spar as I realised I had no nan bread for this afternoons curry........ imo if you are having curry and rice then youn need nan bread to go with it.
There is a kebab place about 2 miles away that makes them to order but they don't open till 12 and I may not feel like going out then.
Right....off to put bedding in the drier.

I scrapped our Ernie's when rates started rising, no excitement but now it's in gilts earning over 4.5% for the next 25 years guaranteed 🙂 if yields drop to the point it's not worth having again I will probably put any new investment back into Ernie for the giggle but couldn't justify effectively spending the best part of 4.5k a year on lottery tickets, especially when I pay no tax on the returns in anycase 😁
