Morning. A showery start and quite breezy.

Not sure how the legs are feeling. I downloaded Rouvy to see how it compares with Zwift and I found it tougher. I entered a challenge that consists of 7 rides across the UK. I did the Bodmin one in Cornwall yesterday with lots of steep ramps with one peaking at 15%.

Barnet,
Morning all.
Today is Sainsbury's delivery day. More essentials are needed.
Our daughter is calling in after she finishes work, so I've got a couple of pizzas in the order.
I'll be out on the bike later, as I have to call in to the Vets for tablets for Millie that have been prescribed, also get some Niger seed from Robert Dyas for the bird feeders. The Goldfinches really like it.
Also Morrisons have a blend of tea that I particularly like, Thompsons every day tea, on offer, Sainsbury's don't sell it before you ask, so I'll cycle over there while I'm out and about and get a couple of packets.
Another busy day in paradise. :cuppa:

@Dirk now I know what a poang chair is can I ask you a couple of questions.
1. Why did you choose that type of chair?
2. Which did you go for and why ?

Reason for asking.....as you know I am moving into the flat and the lounge is small. I was thinking of a small 2 seater plus matching single.
Maybe 3 of those poang would do BUT are they comfy to use as a main chair ?

1. It was a cheap way of providing comfortable seating for our guests.
2. Ikea light oak @ £67 delivered.
3. I would say they are probably the most comfortable chair I've sat on. My mates have a couple of them and I always bag one when we go around.
4. They're light and easy to move around..
5. I think they look good.

Looks the part but I would like more padding for my old bum.
