Morning. We have 
all morning. It’s not to go off until around 2. PJs still on as there’s no point getting dressed. Looks like the treadmill or Wattbike for an hour before breakfast.

Like @Mo1959 we have rain, slate grey skies and it's going to be like this most of the day. The cats didn't look too happy as they went out.
Another indoors kind of day.
I'll get some domestics done and then set the turbo up in the kitchen, get Planet or Boom rock on the speaker and have an indoor blast for an hour or two.

5k plod on the treadmill done. Running round the Glasgow Crit circuit. Crowds were cheering me and the bagpipes were playing. 
Morning all.
I spent an hour on the phone to Virgin yesterday fighting to get the price down. My problem is that I want the full sports package and that is expensive.
With moving into the flat I need a 2nd Tivo box.
We agreed on the extra box plus 3 'pods' (so family can watch in different rooms).......for 40 quid less than I am paying now.

Presumably the family will contribute? Surely they don't expect not to help with running expenses for the house?

Grey wet and miserable here. I have set the Smart trainer up again ( put it in the shed when we had guests at Christmas). One granddaughter is visiting her grandparents in Harbin and it's her birthday today, it's a tad chilly there, minus 20 at the moment 🥶😮.

Well done - last time I tried that I got nowhere unless I wanted to reduce the broadband speed by half!!!
well - that's not totally true
When I rang them back to say that I had now done what I said and signed up for Sky - then suddenly they could do LOTS of things for me
and the bloke was SOOOO upset that I hadn;t rung him before I had committed
but I did - it just wasn;t him
seems to me that it depends on who you get to talk to and which bit of the empire they work in - even each team seems ot have different rules inside it
anyway - must check when I am due to renew my Sky thing - may swap back to Virgin as Sky is not the all singing all dancing Nirvana that was advertised and we found the Virgin interface easier!

I've lost all loyalty to utility companies, insurance companies, etc. I will shop around and move at each contract end from now on. Went from BT to Sky for broadband and will look again when the Sky contract is up.
