I've lost all loyalty to utility companies, insurance companies, etc. I will shop around and move at each contract end from now on. Went from BT to Sky for broadband and will look again when the Sky contract is up.

Yes - I gave up many years ago - lowest price or I'm off

but with TV we always have a problem - 14 million hours of recorded stuff that we can;t transfer to the other system of save off to a laptop!

Morning. We have all morning. It’s not to go off until around 2. PJs still on as there’s no point getting dressed. Looks like the treadmill or Wattbike for an hour before breakfast.

5k plod on the treadmill done. Running round the Glasgow Crit circuit. Crowds were cheering me and the bagpipes were playing.

Were they cheering for the Empress’s new clothes? 😂

I do wonder what people wear on indoor bikes - do they bother getting dressed up in lycra or just ride in whatever

Slightly worried for our upcoming ski trip (in 2 weeks)….2 nights ago I suffered the first ski injury when I tripped on our ski bag handle and shoulder-charged our wooden bifold doors - ouch🙄
This this morning I was stretching in bed and my left ankle feels like it has suffered a painful twist. Ludicrous!
Is my body trying to tell me something?

It's finely stopped raining.
No results as yet, but no news is good news so they say
Put the car in for it's MOT, it passed, but with £500 worth of advisories, that will be done on the 1st March
garage mechanic said "the last MOT was not done properly" still it will be all good when he is finished.
I got a months ban from Cycling UK for derogatory comments to our "new commers" to our country.
Looks like we don't have "free speech" anymore, still I have the YACF to post and I have a large following on Twitter or X as it is called now.
I had corned dog sandwiches today as I couldn't be arsed to cook, may have another one before bed time.
